Bread Pizza is a quick, easy, and delicious alternative to the store-bought pizza dish made only with bread and baked in the oven. With vegetable toppings, the bread foundation imitates the pizza base. Naturally, bread pizza tastes different from the original veggie pizza. This Crusty Pizza Bread is covered with homemade potato sauce, garlic, mushrooms, oregano, and perfectly melted cheese.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180° C (356°F). Prepare the baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the bread slices. Crack 2 eggs, whisk them, and add some salt. Soak each bread slice into the whisked egg mixture and place on the parchment paper. With a teaspoon, add tomato sauce and spread it throughout the whole bread slice, add cheese, garlic, sliced tomatoes, olives, sliced sautéed mushrooms, and other chosen toppings.
Step 3: Place in the oven, and bake for around 15 minutes at 180° C (356°F) or until crispy.
